Pork tenderloin with maple

For a quick and tasty comfort dish, try pulled pork with Escuminac maple syrup. The sweetness of the maple syrup complements the richness of the pork, and the dish can be easily prepared in minutes.

 

 

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 8 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons light soy sauce

- 3/4 cup Escuminac maple syrup

- Salt and pepper

 

PREPARATION


STEP 1
Mix garlic, oil, soy sauce, mustard powder, Escuminac maple syrup, salt and pepper.



STEP 2
Marinate pork tenderloins in marinade for at least 3 hours.


STEP 3
Place pork tenderloins and marinade in an ovenproof dish and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, uncovered.

 

 

Serve with coleslaw or potato salad for a delicious meal that's sure to please. If you want to add a special touch, garnish the pulled pork with a little crumbled bacon. This dish is sure to become a new family favourite.
