Canada Category A Amber, rich taste

Unmixed - Unique forest - Produced by Martin Malenfant

First week of harvest, golden and clear in color, this syrup is delicate, velvety and silky. With light accents of caramel, honeysuckle and cinnamon. All in subtlety.

$49.95 CAD

Golden in color, it is the mildest in our range. This pure maple syrup is produced exclusively with sap harvested during the first days of the run. It is light in the mouth, featuring a subtle caramel and honeysuckle bouquet with a hint of cinnamon and a lingering flavour.

Érablière Escuminac is certified carbon neutral, which means that it has eliminated net greenhouse gas emissions from its business activities. We take great pride in giving back to the generous nature we work with everyday by reducing our ecological footprint.

We love you all and your products. This is the 3rd or 4th year we've ordered from you for ourselves and family. This time we expanded to friends in Alaska and family in Virginia. When we ordered, we got the last of a couple of items so were sending varied types and amounts to our group. We've heard from the Tennessee family and the Alaskan couple who also sent photos of their day-after-Christmas breakfasts and expressed appreciation. The Alaskan friends received the Extra Rare. We're still finishing our order from last year but look forward to this year's crop. Ditto for our son and his wife--they live a few houses down from us but were with her family for Christmas weekend so just received theirs last night at our delayed Christmas celebration but have enjoyed the syrups over the last year as well. I bought the 12 pack of small bottles to send to my 4 siblings in Virginia who get together at the holidays so the one sister intercepted the box at our brother's house and divided the bottles to put them in gift bags with a note from me. They had to all head to their children's houses across the state for Christmas with the grandkids but will get back with me soon. Service was great. We appreciate the shipping help for so many orders. I don't doubt they will all enjoy the syrup. We do! Many thanks and Happy New Year.

I brought the gift set to my sister in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and the very first day we had waffles smothered in the 3 different syrups (separately) and all the family members loved them all especially the adults! It's like enjoying a good glass of wine !
