Chicken skewers with birch syrup marinade
INGREDIENTS
- 125 ml Oil
- 22 ml Lemon juice
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 ml steak spices
- 2 Bay leaves
- 15 ml chicken broth
- 2 garlic cloves
- 15 ml ESCUMINAC Birch syrup
- 15 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 ml oregano
PREPARATION
- Mix all ingredients
- Leave chicken wit the marinade in refrigerator during 2 hours. Shake well
- Heat your BBQ at max
- Thread meat onto a skewers alterning between vegetables and chicken, add pepper
- Heat your BBQ at medium and cook your skewers
- Serve with rice
