Maple Ginger Ale Alcohol free or not INGREDIENTS 2cl of Escuminac Great Harvest maple syrup 4cl of freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice 4cl of ginger ale 2cl of Vodka (optional) Ice Lime and maple sugar (frosting) Crystallised grapefruit peel (garnish) PREPARATION Add the maple syrup, the vodka (optional), the freshly squeezed ping grapefruit juice to the shaker. Without ice, shake briskly for 15 secondes. Fill the shaker with ice and shake briskly again for 20 secondes. Frost the glasses (lime and maple sugar). Double strain and pour into an Old Fachioned glass, top up with ginger ale and ice. Garnish with crystallised grapefruit peel and serve.
