INGREDIENTS
- 2cl of Escuminac Great Harvest maple syrup
- 4cl of freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
- 4cl of ginger ale
- 2cl of Vodka (optional)
- Ice
- Lime and maple sugar (frosting)
- Crystallised grapefruit peel (garnish)
PREPARATION
- Add the maple syrup, the vodka (optional), the freshly squeezed ping grapefruit juice to the shaker.
- Without ice, shake briskly for 15 secondes. Fill the shaker with ice and shake briskly again for 20 secondes.
- Frost the glasses (lime and maple sugar).
- Double strain and pour into an Old Fachioned glass, top up with ginger ale and ice.
- Garnish with crystallised grapefruit peel and serve.
